Hot Tub Maintenance Basics
Owning a hot tub doesn’t have to be complicated.
Here’s a simple routine to keep your water clean and your spa running smoothly.
Buyer’s Guide: Choosing the Right Hot Tub
Not sure where to start? Here are the key questions to consider before buying a hot tub in Langley or the Fraser Valley.
How many people will use it regularly?
This determines seating capacity. A couple may be
comfortable with a 3–4 seat model, while a family or someone who entertains will want 5–7 seats.
Where will it go? Your hot tub needs a level surface that can support the full wet weight (typically 1,000–1,800 kg). Concrete pads, reinforced decks, and compacted gravel are
common options. We can help you assess your space.
What electrical setup do you need?
Most full-size hot tubs require a dedicated 240V/50A
circuit installed by a licensed electrician. Some smaller models can run on a standard 120V outlet with reduced performance.
What’s your climate? All of our models are built for Canadian winters with our insulation, sealed bases, and efficient heating — but we can help you choose the right insulation level for your specific location in the Fraser Valley.
What matters most to you? Hydrotherapy performance, seating comfort, energy efficiency, low maintenance — every buyer has different priorities. We’ll help you match those priorities to the right model.
