Everything you need to know about buying and owning a hot tub in Langley, BC.
Buying
How much do your hot tubs cost?
Our hot tubs range in price depending on size, features,
and series. Because we offer multiple configurations and optional upgrades, we encourage
you to visit our Langley showroom or contact us for specific pricing.
We’re transparent about costs — no hidden fees, no bait-and-switch.
Can I try the hot tubs before I buy?
Absolutely. Our showroom at 20679 Langley Bypass is designed for exactly that. Sit in every model, compare seating layouts, and take your time.
No appointment needed.
Do you sell swim spas?
Yes. We carry swim spas in addition to hot tubs. Visit our showroom or contact us to learn about available swim spa models.
What brands do you carry?
We carry our own curated lineup of premium spas, all built with
industry-leading components including Lucite acrylic shells, Gecko and Balboa control systems, CMP and Rising Dragon stainless steel jets, and Everlast aluminum frames.
Installation
What do I need to prepare before delivery?
You’ll need a level surface that can support the full wet weight of your spa (typically 1,000–1,800 kg), a clear access path at least 36
inches wide, and a dedicated 240V/50A electrical circuit installed by a licensed electrician.
We provide a full pre-delivery checklist and can help you plan your setup.
Do you deliver and install?
Yes. We coordinate delivery and placement for every purchase.
Our team will walk you through the entire process, from site preparation to first fill.
Can a hot tub go on a deck?
It depends on the deck’s structural capacity. A filled hot tub
with occupants can weigh over 1,500 kg. We recommend consulting a structural engineer or
contractor if you’re unsure. We’re happy to help you assess your options.
How long does installation take?
Once your site is prepared and electrical is in place, delivery and setup typically take a few hours. You can usually be soaking the same day.
Maintenance & Water Care
How often should I clean or replace my hot tub filters?
Your filters should be rinsed every 1–2 weeks and deep-cleaned monthly. Most filters need to be replaced every 12–18 months, depending on usage and water quality. Clean filters keep your water clear, reduce strain on the pump, and help your spa run efficiently.
How often should I drain and refill my Legacy Spa?
Every 3–4 months is standard for most households. Heavy use may require more frequent changes. We’ll help you determine the
right schedule.
How often do I need to test my water?
We recommend testing at least once a week with test strips, and more frequently during heavy use. You can also bring a water sample to our Langley showroom anytime for a free professional test.
What chemicals do I need?
At minimum, you’ll need a sanitizer (chlorine or bromine), pH adjuster, alkalinity increaser, and non-chlorine shock. We carry a full range of water care products and can set you up with a simple routine based on your model and usage.
Warranty & Service
What warranty do your hot tubs come with?
Every model includes a limited lifetime warranty. Specific coverage varies by component — ask our team for full warranty details on any model.
Do you service hot tubs you’ve sold?
Yes. We support every spa we sell with ongoing water testing, chemical guidance, and maintenance advice. For mechanical repairs, we can connect you with qualified service technicians in the Fraser Valley.
Can you service hot tubs from other brands?
Our water testing and chemical services are
available to all hot tub owners, regardless of brand. For brand-specific mechanical issues,
we recommend contacting your original dealer or manufacturer.
