Spa pack

A spa pack is the electronic control assembly that manages a hot tub’s equipment. It receives instructions from the keypad and information from sensors, then controls functions such as heating and pump operation. Depending on the design, the heater may be part of the assembly or connected separately. You may also see the terms control system or control box.

The spa pack is different from the topside panel you press during normal use. Replacement compatibility depends on the spa’s equipment and configuration, so a similar-looking box is not enough to confirm a match. Electrical diagnosis, installation and internal repairs belong with a qualified technician. For a restoration enquiry with Legacy Spas, provide the spa model and any existing documentation or safely accessible identification details before arranging an assessment.
